Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
Some RAWROKS pieces are made-to-order or produced in small batches, which may require additional preparation time. If an item requires extended processing, this will be noted on the product page.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
United States
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
International Orders
- Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on location

International Shipping
RAWROKS ships worldwide.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that may be required by their country. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in our shipping fees.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
RAWROKS is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen shipping disruptions. However, if your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. RAWROKS cannot guarantee replacement or refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
